技术性贸易壁垒对中国化工品出口影响及对策——以农药出口为例
摘  要

 自2001年中国加入WTO以来，中国出口到国外的化工品数量增长迅速，但是同时也受到了以技术性贸易壁垒为主的非关税贸易壁垒的阻扰，遭受损失。因此，对化工品技术性贸易壁垒的成因和现状的研究显得尤为重要。通过文献研究，初步了解中国化工品出口所面临的主要的技术性壁垒以及造成的损失，证明研究的必要性。以农药出口为案例，解释当前化工品出口面临的主要的技术性贸易壁垒的形成是由于发达国家为了保护起国内化工产业和环境等原因，分析他对中国化工品出口的不利影响主要是在提高成本和降低竞争力方面，提出打破壁垒的艰巨性和迫切性，并在此基础上研究应对技术性贸易壁垒的方法和对策需要从中国政府完善法规规范和企业协作、提高技术等这两方面着手。

ABSTRACT

 With China's accession to the WTO in 2001, chemical exportion was growing quickly. but also has suffer from non-tariff obstructions like the technical trade barriers and lost much. Therefore, studying the origin and current situation of the technical barriers to trade is especially important. By preliminary understand the main technical barriers and loss Chinese chemical exportion is facing through literature study to prove the necessity of research.Take the pesticide export for example to explain that current chemical explanation facing the technical barriers to trade is due to the developed countries in order to protect domestic chemical industries and environment and so on. Then get analysis that the mainly effects on Chinese chemical exports is increase the cost and reduce their competitiveness. Put the urgency and difficulty of breaking barriers . Based on the research of the technical trade barriers I get the methods and countermeasures in this two respects  that the Chinese government should improve laws regulating and enterprise cooperation should improve technology and so on.
