中国加入世界贸易组织以来,随着贸易政策的放宽,投资环境的改善,越来越多的跨国公司进入中国市场追求利益。在日趋激烈的中国市场争夺战中,他们认识到只有实行本土化的经营战略,才能在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败的地位。于是,在华跨国公司纷纷实施了自己的本土化战略,取得了显著的效果。本土化战略的实施,不仅影响了在华的跨国公司,也给中国的本土企业带来了巨大的影响。跨国公司的本土化战略对本土企业有很好的借鉴作用。同时,面对着跨国公司对我国产业的冲击,中国本土企业也必须采取有效的措施,以求在与如狼似虎的跨国公司竞争中不败下阵来。
Several years after China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), along with better trade policies and improved investment environment, more and more Multinational Corporations(MNC) are entering into China for benefit. In the furious market competition, they realized that only localization strategy can help them always stand in the invincible position. Thereupon, MNCs put their own localization strategies in practice, and they get huge success. The execution of MNCs' localization strategies not only effect those MNCs, but also bring effect to our domestic firms. Their localization strategies are useful for our domestic firms and also impact them.
