文档编号:GM465 文档字数:12951.页数:19 摘 要 消费物价指数是反映一个国家或地区宏观经济运行状况好坏的必不可少的统计指标之一,是反映一定时期内居民所消费的商品和服务价格变动的指针.目前我国政府公布的住房消费没有反映我国城镇居民住房制度改革的变化, 没有考虑住房消费行为的中外差异,不具有国际可比性。据测算, 由于使用不合理的住房价格, 致使计算CPI的居住类权数至少低估12个百分点, 应提高幅度相当于原有权数的85.7%。同时, 由于低估居住类本身的价格, 最终低估居民消费价格指数(CPI) 。本文分析了住房消费等因素对CPI偏差估算的影响,并利用比较合理的权数,对我国近年的CPI进行了重新估算,进而提出了适度修正居民消费价格指数的计算方法,正确引导住房消费的对策建议。 ABSTRACT Consumer price index reflects a country or a region essential for good and bad macroeconomic performance of the statistical indicators, reflecting the period of time the residents of goods and services consumed by the target price changes. From the basic theory, analysis of housing consumption and other factors impact on the CPI bias estimates, and conclusions.
