绿色贸易壁垒对温州服装业的影响

摘  要

 近年来，发达国家不断加大对中国纺织业的出口产品实施绿色贸易壁垒及技术壁垒的力度，以达到限制中国服装的出口，保护本国市场和纺织业的目的。发达国家一系列的环境法则，绿色法案，绿色认证，绿色包装，绿色保障标准等不断被颁布，而发展中国家的绿色贸易壁垒的法律体系不够健全,贸易过程中缺乏一定的协调性。
 在这样一个大的国际背景下，温州这座服装业发达的城市面临巨大的挑战。作为四大支柱产业之一，温州服装业在我国外贸出口占有着举足轻重的地位，本文将探讨该如何规避这样一场隐性的贸易战争及温州的服装企业该何去何从，该如何继续以敢为天下先的商业道路，带领我国服装纺织业走向国际前沿。

 ABSTRACT

 In recent years, developed countries continue to set up trade barriers, especial the green barriers on Chinese textile export to restrict Chinese textile exports to protect domestic markets and the textile industry. In developed countries, a series of environmental law, green bills, green certification, green packaging, green and insurance standards constantly been enacted. But in developing countries, the law system of the green trade barriers is insufficient, and they lack certain coordination in the trade process.
 Under this background, Wenzhou in which the apparel industry is developed is facing enormous challenges。As one of the four pillar industries, Wenzhou’s apparel industry occupies an important position in China's textile exports. This paper discusses how to avoid such a recessive trade war, and the way of Wenzhou apparel industry.
