A lot of specialists devote into analyzing the complication of the Zhejiang phenomenon , and their researches indicated that the spirit of ‘new zheshang’ is the vital element . XiaominLiang，a famous economist ever stated that the spiritual vantage was the best advantage of the Zhejiang merchant . With the changes of age , the Precious qualities which were well rooted into the hearts of the ‘newZheshang’ will be there forever , but the business model of creation and operation of the ‘newZheshang’ will be Changed . So I began with the study of the new ‘zheshang’ as a whole , then attempted to analyze ‘newZheshang’s origin and development form various factors in the growing of ‘newZheshang’.
