我国国际货运代理业存在的问题与对策分析

摘    要

      随着国际贸易和国际运输的不断发展，国际货运代理业逐渐从这两个关系密切的行业里分离出来，成为独立的行业。它在发展国民经济中所起的重要作用是别的行业不可替代的，被誉为是连结货主与承运人的纽带，是国际贸易运输的组织者和设计师。
我国的国际货运代理业是一个新兴行业。本文从国际货运代理的背景、内涵、趋势开始引出我国货运代理业的现状。根据我国国际货运代理业的发展历程和特点从政府部门、地域分布、服务质量、企业历史等方面找到存在的问题。接下来由发展前景，结合外国优秀货运代理企业的经验教训得到了解决我国问题的对策，并且从国家、行业、企业三方面提出建议。

Abstract

     Along with the international trade and the international shipping unceasing development, the international freight transportation agent industry gradually separates from them, and becomes an independent industry. It plays a vital role in the national economy and cannot be substituted. It links cargo owners and carriers, and is the organizer and the designer to the international transportation.
The international freight transportation agent industry is an emerging line in our country. After elaborating international freight transportation’s background, the connotation and tendency, the article draw out our country freight transportation agent industry present situation and questions. According to our international freight transportation agent’s develop process and characteristics, we could find the questions in the government section , the region distributes, service quality, the enterprise history and so on. By analyzing the development prospects and summarizing the experience of the foreign outstanding freight transportation proxy enterprises, we have obtained some effective suggestions to resolve our questions from three aspects, i.e. the country, the industry, and the enterprises.
