自来水管内壁清理系统

摘  要
 长期以来自来水管都使用镀锌钢管，镀锌钢管长期使用所以容易生锈，并且滋生细菌，威胁人们的健康。由此一系列新型的自来水管诞生欲取代镀锌钢管，主要有：铜管、不锈钢管、衬塑复合钢管、铝塑复合管、PP-R管及PEX管灯，其中又以衬塑复合钢管应用最广。应生产需要，本课题设计一套控制系统，应用可编程控制器、触摸屏等技术结合机械系统完成对自来水管内壁的清理。内壁清理后的钢管再用聚乙烯为衬里材料用热融旋转成型工艺加工而成，使衬里材料与金属钢交织热融为一体，冷却后牢固地聚结在管道内壁，这样便可批量生产衬塑复合钢管。
 本课题研究成功，可以大大提高衬塑复合钢管的产量，节约劳动力，提高生产效率，以满足市场的需求，让越来越多的人用更优质的自来水。

Abstract

The water pipes all use to plate zinc steel pipe for long time and plate the zinc steel pipe uses over a long period of time so apt to rust, and stir up a germ, threaten people's health. The from here a series of and new water pipe birth desire replaces to plate zinc steel pipe and mainly have: Copper tube, stainless steel tube, plastics compound steel pipe, aluminum plastics compound tube, the PP-R take care of and the PEX take care of etc., among them again reunite steel pipe by plastics applied the most wide. Should produce a demand, this topic designs a set of control system, applied programmable controller, touch to hold an etc.' s technique to combine machine system completion to the water pipe inside wall of tidy up. Inside wall steel pipe after tidy up again use to gather the ethylene as lining material to melt to revolve to model a craft to process with the heat but become, make lining material and metals steel intertexture hot to merge into an integral whole, firmly gather knot in wall inside the piping after cool off, so then can batch quantity produce plastics compound steel pipe.
This topic research success,  can consumedly raise the yield of the plastics compound steel pipe, economy labor force, exaltation produce efficiency, with satisfy the need of market, let more and more people use more high-quality running water.
