基于模糊算法的烤烟控制系统

摘要
 本烤烟模糊控制系统主要部件：单片机AT89S52、液晶显示模块、3×3键盘、模拟数字转换器PCF8591、三相与单相异步电动机、步进电机控制的补偿风门、实时时钟芯片DS1302。
 液晶显示模块显示相关的参数的设置和操作步骤。键盘可以设置上下棚的目标温湿度和温湿度的变化速率。微控制器根据实时时钟提供的时钟信息和温湿度的变化速率使温湿度按一定规律达到目标温湿度并得到当前目标温湿度。
 上下棚的温湿度用Pt100进行测量，微控制器对由PCF8591得到的数据进行滤波，得出新的数据，与当前目标温湿度进行比较，得出误差e和误差变化率ec，对这两个量进行模糊化，得出相应的作用模糊子集和隶属度，根据控制规则和作用模糊子集推理法，计算出控制量的作用模糊子集和隶属度，这时讲得出四组控制量，按上下棚所占一定的比例得出一个比较合理的模糊控制量的作用模糊子集和隶属度，用重心法对模糊控制量进行清晰化，得出实际控制量，驱动步进电机，控制补偿风门。
 根据当前温湿度是否达到当前目标温湿度，若没达到，微控制器启动单相异步电机，对炉膛内的煤的燃烧进行控制，否则，不启动单相异步电动机。
 在整个过程中三相异步电动机的启停与微控制器的启停同步。
