摘要
在自动化控制领域，PLC是一种重要的控制设备。而压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器，应用极为广泛。在采矿业、冶金业、机械制造业、土木工程、石油化学工业、制冷与气体分离工程以及国防工业中，压缩机是必不可少的关键设备之一。如此通用和重要的设备在其运用时会产生各种各样的问题，设备的老化，环境的变换都会产生这些问题，如何发现这些问题并解决它们是我本次研究的主要内容。
本次研究主要讨论PLC控制如何更好的解决压缩机当中的不足，如：PLC在压缩机防喘振控制系统中的应用，PLC控制报警系统以便在机械工作时产生的问题进行评估和预防和PLC在大型活塞式空气压缩机控制系统改造中的应用等等。针对传统控制系统不足，设计了PLC控制系统，以求更完善的控制压缩机系统，使其更高效，更安全的运行。

Abstract

In automation and control, PLC is an important control equipment. The compressor is a kind of compressed gases increased gas pressure or gas transportation machinery, application of a wide range. In the mining industry, metallurgical industry, machinery manufacturing, civil engineering, petrochemical industry, refrigeration and gas separation project and the defense industry, the compressor is essential for one of the key equipment. So common and important equipment in its use will have a wide variety of issues, the aging equipment, will transform the environment of these problems, how to find these problems and solve them this is my main content of the study.
This study focused on how to better control the PLC to solve the shortage of compressors, such as: PLC Anti-surge in the compressor control system of the large piston-type air compressor control system of the application, and so on. Less than the traditional control system, designed PLC control system, in order to better control the compressor system to make it more efficient, with the security operation.
