摘 要

 随着经济体制改革的不断深化，尤其是社会主义经济体制的建立和现代化企业制度的逐步完善，公司要适应市场经济发展的需要，就必须重视公司内部的管理和监督工作，而要做到这一点,建立强有力的内部审计监督十分必要。搞好企业内部审计工作，在规范单位内部管理，提高经济效益等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。
 本文首先通过了对内部审计的概念与本质、种类与特点、目标与职能，以及在企业中的作用的阐述，较为概括的介绍了内部审计的相关理论；其次，结合圣维建设集团的具体情况，提出在内部审计工作中存在问题；最后，针对这些问题进行了分析，并提出了提高管理者的重视度、加强内部审计队伍建设、实行总经理负责制、强化监督职能、拓展审计范围、弱化审计人员和被审单位的矛盾的具体建议。

Abstract

 With the deepening of economic reform, especially the socialist economic system and the establishment of modern enterprise system, the company will gradually to the needs of the development of market economy, we should attach importance to the company's internal management and supervision, and to do it, to build a strong internal audit supervision is necessary. Enterprise internal audit, internal management in regulating unit, to increase economic benefits are playing a more and more important role.
 This paper through the concept of internal audit and essence, types and characteristics, objectives and function, and expounds the role in enterprises, introduces the related theory of the internal audit. Secondly, the combination of ShengWei Construction Group, in internal audit work by internal audit institutions existed in finance department, not to participate in the audit results, audit scope of object and audit. Finally, to solve these problems are analyzed, and puts forward the importance of improving management, strengthening the internal audit team construction, practice, strengthen the supervision of directors. we functions, expand audit scope, weakened by careful unit auditor and concrete suggestions contradictions.
