论文编号:CL116 论文字数:9916,页数:34 摘 要:目前国内高沸物的综合利用方法主要包括:利用高沸物制备单硅烷、硅油、高沸硅油、有机硅防水剂、有机硅消泡剂、陶瓷和硅树脂等。而利用高沸物直接制备高沸硅油是其中非常重要的方法之一,因此其生产应用的优劣将对我国高沸物的利用起到举足轻重的作用。本论文是为年产1000t的高沸硅油厂设计做工艺设计。根据反应原理,物料衡算以及能量衡算对工艺流程进行了设计,绘制带控制点的工艺流程图。并对整个工艺流程进行了相关的工艺计算,主要设备进行了设计的选型,同时对安全与三废治理进行了相关的讨论。
Abstract: At present domestic high boiling comprehensive utilization methods include follows. Using high-boiling to prepare silicone oil, organic silicone water-proofing agent, silicone, ceramics and silicone resin, etc. Using high-boiling directly to prepare high boiling silicone is one of important methods. Therefore its production application will play an important role of high boiling inland. This design is focused on the product of 1000t high-boiling silicone oil. According to the principle of reaction, material and energy balance principle to design the process flows and drawing with the control process flow diagram .The correlative technical is available in the design. And contriving and choosing the types of important equipments and pipes are included in the design, too. And at the same time, the safe production, the safe production of this device and the trashes are also discussed.
