论文编号:CL108 论文字数:10131,页数:19 摘 要:有机硅阴离子乳液聚合制备方法具有容易操作,合成产品配伍性、稳定性好等优点,近年来一直受到人们的密切关注。本文以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为单体、十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为阴离子乳化剂及催化剂、吐温等为非离子乳化剂、盐为流变改性剂,进行阴离子乳液聚合反应,制备高固含量有机硅阴离子乳液。在此基础上,详细讨论了温度、DBSA用量、非离子型乳化剂用量及种类、搅拌速度、盐的用量等对聚合流变性和聚合速率的影响。并最终获得高固含量有机硅阴离子乳液的优化工艺配方:30%D4,3%DBSA,1.1%司盘-80,1.1%盐,64.8%水。聚合条件:搅拌转速:300转/min,温度:80度,反应时间:4hr。 关键词:八甲基环四硅氧烷;十二烷基苯磺酸;高固含量;阴离子乳液 Abstract: The method of preparation of high solid content silicone anionic emulsion is easy to operate, synthesis product well compatibility, well stability. In recent years, we have been paying close attention to it. This article based octamethylcyclotetra siloxane (D4) as the monomer, duodenaryalkylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as anionic surfactant catalyst, Towin and other as non-ionic surfactant, salt as rheological modifier, then take the anionic polymerization reaction, and make the preparation of high solid content of anionic silicone emulsion. On this basis, The effects of temperature, DBSA dosage, nonionic emulsifier type, stirring speed, salt content on the rheological properties and polymerization reaction rate were discussed. And eventually acquire the optimization process of the polymerization of the high solid content of anionic silicone: 30%D4,3%DBSA,1.1% Towin,1.1%salt,64.8%water.
