论文编号:CL103 论文字数:13899,页数:24 摘 要:本文染料敏化太阳能电池的结构及原理进行了简单介绍,主要从TiO2薄膜、染料敏化剂和支持电解质3个方面提出了提高电池效率的途径。对染料敏化太阳能电池发展背景进行了深入探讨,分析了各种影响DSSC性能的因素,探讨了DSSC研究方向和研究进展,并从国内外发展现状来展望DSSC的发展前景。详细描述了电解质的制备方法,并给出了大量配方。通过对电解质的组分分析染料敏化太阳能电池的光电性能。 关键词:太阳能电池;电解质;TiO2;性能 Abstract: The structure and the principle of the dye-sensitized solar cell were briefly introduced. The TiO2 films, dye-sensitized agents and support electrolyte were presented to enhance the efficiency of device.ects. Understanding the development background of dye-sensitized solar cells, analysis the various factors affecting the performance of DSSC, and explore the research and research progress of DSSC and from development of the status at home and abroad to prospect development of DSSC. The preparation of the electrolyte were detail described and a lot of formulas were given. The discussion of different electrolyte constitution on performance was conducted.
