聚氨酯发泡材料合成与应用

摘 要：本论文介绍制备发泡聚氨酯,并介绍其发泡机理、原料。讨论了发泡聚氨酯的填充, 简要论述了有机填料(即聚合物多元醇)与无机填料在聚氨酯软泡生产上对泡沫制品性能的影响。同时对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的应用情况进行了概述。通过用不同的助剂研究聚氨酯的发泡大小，硬度和压缩性能，并分析了此次实验研究的聚氨酯发泡过程中的一些关键性影响因素。通过这些探索性实验，对聚氨酯泡沫塑料在未来社会生活、生产中的应用前景做一定的展望。

Abstract: Preparation of polyurethane foam in this paper introduces and describes the mechanism of its foam, raw material. Polyurethane foam padding discussed briefly discusses the organic filler (ie, polymer polyols) and inorganic filler in the production of flexible polyurethane foam properties of the foam products.The same time, rigid polyurethane foam applications are outlined.Through the use of different additives of polyurethane foam size, hardness and compression performance and analysis of the experimental study of polyurethane foam during some of the key factors.Through these exploratory experiments on polyurethane foam in the future social life, the production of future prospects to do some
