论文编号:CL087 论文字数:9048,页数:30 摘 要:本论文用自由基聚合方法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,马来酸酐(MAH)为接枝单体来接枝聚丙烯。红外光谱分析结果表明,接枝产物比PP多出一个羰基的吸收峰。用偏光显微镜对PP和PP-g-MAH的形貌、结构、粒径等进行了表征,实验表明PP和PP-g-MAH的晶粒都是典型的球形结构,接枝后晶粒尺寸减小。采用差示扫描量热仪( DSC ) 对PP和PP-g-MA的等温结晶动力学和非等温结晶动力进行研究。非等温过程,研究了降温速率分别在5、10、20、40℃/min下的结晶行为;等温结晶过程分别研究了结晶温度在128、130、132、134、136℃下的结晶行为;并对实验数据采用Avrami方程和ozawa方程进行分析,求出结晶动力学指数、 结晶速率常数等数据。 关键词:聚丙烯;马来酸酐;接枝共聚物;结晶动力学 Abstract: In this paper, the graft copolymer PP-g-MAH was prepared by polypropylene and maleic anhydride (MAH) by free radical polymerization with the initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO).The copolymer was characterized by IR,it is showed that copolymer posses more a Carbonyl group of peaks compared with PP. The crystallization morphology was in investigation by polarizing microscope,and the size of crystal was measured.The isothermal and non-isothermal kinetics of copolymer was researched by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).In the non-isothermal process, the crystallization kinetics was investigated with different cooling rate such as 5, 10, 20, 40℃/min. respectively.In the isothermal process, the crystallization kinetics was investigated with different annealing temperature such as 128, 130,132,134 and 136℃.The DSC dates was discussed by Avrami and Ozawa equation,and the index of crystallization kinetics and crystallization rate constant was obtained .
