论文编号:CL051 论文字数:9645,页数:24 摘要:染料敏化太阳能电池对于传统硅太阳能电池来讲具有更大的发展空间,本文介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)的原理,国内外发展现状,器件构造以及表征方法。通过正交实验对离子液态电解质中含有的碘离子、LiI、叔丁基吡啶(TBP)的含量和离子液体浓度及4种离子液体这5方面对染料敏化太阳能电池性能的影响进行了初步的研究,实验结果发现碘的含量对于对于电解液的效率影响最大且最不稳定。并总结了DSSC目前存在的问题和未来发展的方向。 关键字:染料敏化;太阳能电池;电解液;DSSC;离子液体。 Abstract: Dye-sensitized solar cells in terms of traditional silicon solar cells have more room for development.This article describes the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) of the principle of its current development status, the device structure, and characterization methods.Orthogonal experiment on the ion liquid electrolyte containing iodide, LiI, tert-butyl pyridine (TBP) content and concentration of ionic liquids and the four kinds of ionic liquids in terms of these five dye-sensitized solar cell performance was Preliminary study.
