论文编号:CL049 论文字数:13360,页数:30 摘要:本文研究了甘氨酸的稳定性,以硫酸亚铁和甘氨酸为原料制备了甘氨酸亚铁,考察了摩尔比、温度、pH值和甘氨酸浓度等因素对甘氨酸螯亚铁的合成工艺的影响。结果表明最佳反应条件为反应摩尔比 Gly∶Fe= 1∶1 ,温度 40 ℃,pH = 4,甘氨酸浓度为5%。对其结构进行表征,利用凯氏定氮法和铈量法分别测定氨基酸和亚铁的含量为别为20.67%和12.24%。 关键词:甘氨酸亚铁,合成,表征 Abstract:The article conducted a research about the stability of glycin,with the material of Ferrous sulfate and glycin, prepared Glycine ferrous, the element investigated like the mol percentage、temperature、pH and glycin consistency etc, were to know what is the effect to the compound craftwork of Glycine ferrous.The result showed that the best reactivity condition as follows: the reactivity of the mol percentage was Gly∶Fe= 1∶1,temperature was 40℃,pH = 4,glycin consistency was 5%.structure make ues of the Kjeldahl method and Cerium method,got the contents of glycin and Ferrous separately, the each contens are 20.67% and 12.24%. 目 录
