摘要
 21世纪,学校的信息化建设以及应用水平已经成为衡量其办学条件和办学质量的重要指标之一.[7]学校要在未来的竞争和发展中保持优势地位,就必须在信息化建设和应用方面抢占制高点,并以教育信息化为先驱推进学校的现代化建设. [1]
 本文对基于asp.net的高校学工评奖评优系统的实现进行了研究.首先阐述了高校学工评奖评优系统的背景以及研究的内容与拟解决的问题，接着介绍了用于开发高校学工评奖评优系统的技术基础与工具软件,然后对高校学工评奖评优系统进行了需求分析和系统设计,探讨了高校学工评奖评优系统的开发方法与实现技术.
 文档给出了基于asp.net的高校学工评奖评优系统开发实例,该实例实现了评奖评优的一些主要的功能.主要包括参数及条件的设置,奖学金及荣誉称号的申请及审核,学生综合素质成绩的导入及管理,发布名单及奖金汇总等模块.大大减少了高校评奖评优的一些繁琐的工作,提高了工作效率.

ABSTRACT
 The 21st century, schools and the application of information technology has become a standard measure of the quality of its teaching conditions and an important indicator of school. Schools should develop in the future to remain competitive and advantageous position, it must be information technology and applications to gain the advantage , and a pioneer in advancing the education of information into the school's modernization.
 In this paper, work-based learning asp.net University Awards Appraising System studied. First, workers described the university awards Appraising systematic study and research the background of the content and aims to solve the problem, then introduced for the development of university study Industry Awards Appraising the technical basis of the system and tools software, and then work on the college awards Appraising school system needs analysis and system design work of a university science awards Appraising System Development and implementation of technology.
 The paper introduces work-based learning asp.net Awards Appraising University System instance of awards Appraising realized some of the key functions. The main parameters and conditions, including the setting, scholarships and honorary titles of the application and examination, students Introduction and overall quality of performance management, publishing summary list of bonuses and other modules. significantly reduces the number of university awards Appraising tedious work, improve work efficiency.
