儿科护理工作中存在问题的分析与对策

摘  要
 
 近年来,医患关系较为紧张,特别是儿科病房,因为其服务对象的特殊性,很容易发生护患冲突,护患矛盾较成人更为突出。护士作为医疗活动中的主要成员,是医患沟通的桥梁,融洽护患关系可有效地降低医疗纠纷。本文将对儿科护理工作中存在的问题进行研究，重点从儿科护理队伍建设、儿科护理流程存、儿科护理人员培训、儿科护理服务与沟通四个层面探析存在的问题。在此基础上提出相关建议：认为一是要加强儿科护理队伍建设；二是要改进儿科护理管理流程；三是要加强人员培训，提高医务素质；四是要加强沟通机制；五是要构建护理人员激励机制。

 Abstract

In recent years, the doctor-patient relationship is relatively nervous, especially the " children's care"，that will be easy to happen with the conflict, because of the particularity of the service object. The nurse for medical events are the main member of the concerned, we know that a relationship can effectively reduce the medical disputes. So this article mainly to discuss what problems existing in the work of "Children 's care ".
In the above research on the basis of the views put forward the following：First, strengthen the team building; Second, improving the management process; Third, strengthen the training of personnel; Fourth, strengthen communication mechanism; Fifth, constructing incentive mechanism.
