直流接触器设计
【摘要】
 本次设计给定主要技术参数，以CZ0直流接触器为参照，设计一台40A接触器。直流接触器从结构上看主要是由触头灭弧系统、电磁系统及传动机构三部分组成。接触器的主要原理：直流接触器多采用串联磁吹灭弧，在磁吹力的作用下电弧被拉长，并沿法线方向迅速进入灭弧室。灭弧室常做成纵缝、横隔板、宽缝、窄缝、迷宫式结构，用灭弧室壁板的冷却作用使弧柱强烈去游离，熄灭电弧。设计包括三部分：触头系统的设计与计算、电磁系统的设计计算与优化、灭弧系统的设计与计算。

【Abstract】
This time designs to settle the main technique parameter, regard CZ0 direct current contact machine as to according to, design a set a contact machine.The direct current contact machine sees from the construction primarily be put out by the head of the system of arc, electromagnetism system and spread to move the organization three parts constitute.Get in touch with the main principle of the machine: The direct current contact machine much adopts to establish the blows to put out the arc, blowing the function of the dint in the next the electricity arc is made longer, and is quick to enter to put out the room of arc along the method line direction.Put out the room of arc to often make into the sew, the horizontal the plank , breadth sews, narrow sew, maze type construction, use to put out the arc room wall knothole cooling function makes the arc pillar is strong to swim to leave, putting out the electricity ?The design includes three part: The design of the a system and the design calculation of the calculation, electromagnetism system with excellent turn, put out the design of the system of arc and calculation.
