 真空断路器设计

【摘要】  利用真空作为绝缘及灭弧手段的断路器称为真空断路器,根据给定的技术参数,正确合理的选择和设计真空灭弧室结构形式，真空断路器绝缘的结构.主回路的设计原则必须保证电器动热稳定性合格,其中主要为导电板及导电带的设计.绝缘子的设计原则使之具有一定的机械和电气强度,即绝缘子的击穿电压大于闪络电压50%.电动稳定性校验原则为导电板的动稳定电流大于三相短路电流,及其内应力要小于许用应力.热稳定性校验原则为导电板及导电带能承受短路电流的热效应而不致损坏,即短路终止的温升小于最大发热温升.操动机构的设计原则为保证断路器能及时准确的合闸,保持合闸,分闸,自由脱扣,防跳和复位连锁的功能.

【Abstract】 Utilize vacuum to call the vacuum circuit breaker as the insulating circuit breaker killing the arc means。According to giving the technical parameter definitely, correct and rational choice and design vacuum kill the structure form of arc room. The design principle of the main return circuit must guarantee it is qualified that the electric apparatus moves hot stability , with conductive board and as the main fact design that electric conduction lead. The design of the insulator should have certain machinery and electric intensity, namely the voltage of puncture of the insulator is greater than flashing to hold 50% of voltage in place with a net. Electronic stability check-up for to move steady electric current greater than three-phase short out in the electric current conductive board principle, and internal stress should be smaller than letting to use the stress。Hot stability check-up principle is it can is it short out for conductive board and electric conduction the heat effect of the electric current is unlikely to damage to bear to take, short out ShengXiao Wen that stop on most heavy to generate heat warm to rise. Is it move design principle of organization for guarantee circuit breaker can the accurate equal to the floodgating in time to speak, keeping shutting the floodgate, divide the floodgate , freedom is taken off and deducted, defend and jump and restored to the throne the function of the chain.
