1000A智能型万能式断路器设计

摘要：智能型万能式断路器是供配电系统中的重要设备。随用电系统系统的规模和等级不断扩大，系统的网络结构和运行方式日趋复杂，智能型断路器以其可靠性高、准确性高和实时性好等优点而得到了广泛的应用。
 本次设计是以DW45系列为参考，结合本校实际情况进行设计。对于断路器整体结构在现有产品的基础上以1000A额定电流为准进行修改。智能式脱扣器 以MCS-51芯片为处理器核心，并进行互感器的计算力求达到预期的目的。对于其软件设计采用层次化结构得到较好的结果。抗干扰设计考虑到在运行中的各种干扰并给出了抗干扰方案。
 智能型断器已在低压供配电领域得到了广泛的应用，在不久的将来将会在高压供配电领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract: The all-powerful type in type in intelligence breaker is an important equipments to provide to go together with to give or get an electric shock the system inside. Give or get an electric shock the system , this to extend with grade continuously with the scale that use, the network construction of the system with circulate the way gradually complicated, the intelligence type breaks the road machine is high with its dependable, the accuracy is high with the good etc. in solid hour advantage but got the extensive application.
 This design regards the series of DW45 as to consult, joining together our school the actual circumstance proceed the design. For break the road machine the whole construction foundation in current product top with a sum settles electric current is allow the proceeding modification. The intelligence type takes off to button up the machine to try hard for to attain the anticipant purpose with a calculation for processor core, combining proceeding with each other feeling machine. Adopt to its software design the level of structure turn the construction gets than good of result. Anti- interference design in consideration of in movement of every kind of interference and gave the anti- interference project.
 The intelligence type breaker to have provided to go together with to give or get an electric shock in the low pressure the realm gets the extensive application, will provide to go together with to give or get an electric shock in the high pressure in the near future the realm get the extensive application.
