摘要
 国内电信市场的竞争越来越激烈，电信企业迫切需要建立具有自己特色的管理信息系统，以满足企业当前以及未来不断扩展的应用需求。电信机房巡检维护系统针对电信施工企业用户端综合机房的实际情况设计开发，并在设计中作了许多规范化的工作。在此平台的建设过程中，作者重点参与了数据库建设^^文档收集与操作模式的制作。
建成后的系统不但能够帮助公司实现流程准确、高效的业务管理，保证运维人员权责分明，同时还能使高层管理者可以实时掌握公司运营进程。宽带维护管理信息系统不仅符合杭州电信的业务流程，还在设计中作了许多规范化的工作，使组织机构内部的人员可在信息共享的基础上跨越时间、地点地协同工作，从而极大地扩展了办公手段，实现了办公的高效率。

ABSTRACT
 Because of more and more severe competition in telecommunication market in China domestic, telecom corporation urgently need to establish management information system(MIS) with its own feature to satisfy continuously patulous application request of enterprise at present and in the future. Telecom computer room patrol-inspection maintenance system design& develop aimed at customer port integration computer room practical situation of telecom project corporation, and do much standardization work in the design. In the construction process of this platform, author mainly participated in collection of database construction information and execution of operation mode.   
 The finished system not only could help corporation actualize procedure preciseness and high-effective operation management, assure clear right& duty of maintenance worker, but also at the same time help the leader make corporation operation process in the control at any time. broad band not only accord with business procedure of Hangzhou telecom, but also do much standardization work in the design, to make inner staff work synchronously regardless of time and address based on shared information, consequently ,extending the working method and realizing working high-effective
