中小企业采购管理系统
     
摘    要
 通过了解和分析中小型企业的采购现状，并结合现有的企业采购系统，本着学习的目的，简化系统，抽取采购管理系统的基本流程的模型，设计开发了一个中小企业采购管理系统。采用的相关工具和技术主要有：Eclipse，tomcat，Jsp，WebWork，Spring，MySQL，Dreamweaver 8，PowerDesigner，Microsoft visio。该系统主要有基础管理和系统管理两块内容。基础管理主要功能有用户操作及权限管理和分配，为系统搭建一个基础平台；管理系统主要功能有供应商管理，物品管理和采购管理，方便了超级管理员，采购员等相关工作人员对供应商，物品进行规范管理，模拟实际采购流程，同时提供了采购单，收货单等采购相关报表打印。本文着重论述了系统设计开发的思想和相关技术，介绍系统主要功能及实现的关键技术。

Procurement management system of SME
Abstract
 By understanding and analysis of small and medium enterprises procurement status,，combined with existing enterprise procurement system and with the purpose of learning, simplifies system，gets the model of the basic process of procurement management system, designed and developed the SMEs procurement management system. Using the tools and technologies related to major: Eclipse，tomcat，Jsp，WebWork，Spring，MySQL， Dreamweaver8，PowerDesigner，Microsoft visio。The system is mainly have two functions module such as Basic Management and Systems Management. The basic management module mainly have functions of User Operation and Rights Management and Distribution，results to build a foundation platform for the system。The management system module mainly have functions of Supplier Management，Materials Management and Procurement Management, results to conveniences the super manager，merchandiser，and other relevant staff manager the supplier and items canonically and simulation the actual procurement processes，while providing a purchase order，receiving and other procurement-related statements of print. This article focuses on the system design and development of ideas and related technologies, introduced the main functions of systems and the key technologies.
