视频智能检测系统的设计

摘要

 由于计算机视觉的发展，以及终端计算机性能的飞速提高。作为强化视频监控系统应用的一门主要技术——视频智能分析技术，近几年一直得到业界的广泛的关注。一些国内外专业的视频分析研究厂家都相继推出了各种不同形态的产品，如智能视频服务器、智能网络摄像机、智能分析硬盘录像机、智能视频分析软件等。
 视频分析中一个重要的方面就是视频文件的分析。通过各种图形算法检测视频中物体是否处于运动状态，而决定时候快进。这里的运动检测算法是系统性能的关键。该系统将可以极大的节约公安等监控部门后期观看录像查证的时间，提高工作效率。
 本文首先介绍了智能视频检测系统的功能，界面布局。详细介绍了对于视频文件解码库的封装方式。并且介绍了运动检测的算法原理和实现。程序的界面部分由C/C++编写，运行的环境是windows系统，并且使用了MFC框架。

ABSTRACT

 The rapid development of the computer vision, the power of terminal device has been increased so much. In recent years the video intelligence analysis technology has been concerned to strengthen the monitoring system. Some domestic and international professional video analysis study will be factories were subsequently released different forms of products, such as wisdom and intelligence network server video camera, and intelligence analysis of DVR, intelligent video analysis software, etc.
 The video files analysis is a very important aspect of video analysis technology. A lot of algorithms are using to detect whether the video is movement or not. And depend on it the decide whether to play faster or normal. Here the efficiency is the most importance issue to the system performance. This system will be used to save the public security department for later monitoring videos verified the time and improve efficiency.
 This paper introduces the first video detection system of the interface. A detailed layout introduced for video files decoding the encapsulation of the way, and introduces motion detection algorithms principles and procedures for the interface. This program was written with C and C++. And run in windows operation. And it also used the MFC framework.
