文档字数:14756,页数:45 摘要 数控电火花线切割在我国得到了广泛的应用。针对这些切割机机床一般采用的3B加工代码,根据软件工程的一般原理,采用瀑布式的开发模型,设计了基于3B代码双面线切割的模拟加工软件系统。该系统完成了3B代码的解析、模拟切割、加工管理、用户管理和软件激活功能。经过多次测试,该软件解析速度快,模拟加工精度高,具有一定的使用价值。文中详细阐述了系统的设计方案,并对3B代码解析、同步点设置、同步模拟切割等关键技术作了深入探讨,对线切割系统的上位机控制软件的实现有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词:3B代码,双面线切割,模拟加工
CNC WEDM technology has been widely used in China. According to general principles of software engineering, the software system of double wire-electrode cutting simulation machining based on 3B code is designed for these cutting machines by adoption of the waterfall exploitation model. This system is completed with the functions of the 3B code analysis, simulation of cutting, processing and management, user management, and software activation. After plenty testing, the system has high parsing speed, high precision machining simulation, and it also has a certain value. This paper gives a detailed description of the design scheme, gives a comprehensive discussion on the key technologies, such as 3B code analysis, synchronous point setting and synchronous simulation cutting, and also has certain references for the realization of upper computer control software for wire-electrode cutting system.
