企业人事管理系统设计与实现

摘要
随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普及，当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进，信息自动化的作用也越来越大。人事管理系统是现代企业管理工作不可缺少的一部分,是适应现代企业制度要求,推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化,规范化的必要条件。
本文主要介绍了人事管理系统的整个设计开发过程.其主要系统功能包括以下几个模块:系统模块管理(包括系统登陆，密码修改，系统管理) 、员工管理（包括人员信息基本维护、员工信息查询）、考勤管理（包括缺勤类型设定、员工考勤信息，员工考勤统计报表）、工资管理(包括工资标准设定管理、工资实际发放记录管理、月工资查询)、信息统计管理(包括员工信息图形统计报表，月工资发放管理统计)。体现了清晰的人事管理流程,完成了基本的人事管理要求，是一个典型的信息管理系统。该系统大大地简化了操作流程，提高了企业的工作效率。

ABSTRACT

With computers and the rapid development of network technology, Internet / Intranet applications in the growing global popularity of today's society is rapidly advancing to the information society, information the role of automation is increasing. Personnel management of modern enterprise management system is an indispensable part of the work is to meet the requirements of modern enterprise system, encourage enterprises to personnel management to scientific work, a necessary condition for standardization. This paper introduces the system of personnel management throughout the design development process. Its main functions include the following modules: system modules management (including the landing system, password modification, system management), staff management (including basic maintenance of personnel information, staff information ), time management (including the absence of the type of setting, staff attendance information, employee attendance statistics), wages (including wage setting management, records management wages actually paid, the monthly wages of inquiry), statistical information management (including employee information graphics statistical reports, monthly payroll management statistics). A clear manifestation of the personnel management processes, the completion of the basic requirements of Personnel Management, is a typical information management system.
